All orders placed through the SAL website are processed and shipped by SAL Ocean Lifestyle, S.L. from Barcelona, Spain.

We ship to destinations within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Orders are prepared and dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays).


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Deliveries are made using reliable international courier services. The applicable shipping method for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and are as follows:

Spain & Portugal: 1–3 working days
European Union: 3–6 working days
United Kingdom: 4–7 working days
Switzerland: 4–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation and are clearly indicated prior to payment.

From time to time, SAL may offer free shipping promotions under specific conditions. Any such promotion will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


5. Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders to the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. As these destinations are outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties, and carrier clearance fees may apply in accordance with local regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected locally by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

SAL Ocean Lifestyle, S.L. does not determine or control these charges and is unable to estimate their amount in advance. We do not add any additional handling fee for these markets.


6. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the parcel may be returned to SAL.

In such cases, any additional shipping or return costs incurred as a result may be deducted from the refund.

Customers are advised to inspect packages immediately upon receipt and notify our customer care team within 48 hours if there is visible damage to the parcel.


7. Risk and Title

Ownership of the Products and risk of loss pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery of the order.
