Exchanges & Returns
We want every SAL piece to feel effortless — from the moment it arrives to the moment it’s worn. If something isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges are available.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, and a further 14 days to send the item back once approved. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original condition. Personalized items and final-sale pieces cannot be returned.
For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges within the EU and UK, please contact us for your free return. If an item is faulty or incorrect, all return and replacement shipping costs are of course fully covered by us.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include the item price and the cost of standard delivery selected at checkout, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Express or upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection. Exchanges are arranged where stock allows.
